About
This course shows teachers and high-school students in Europe how to use AI as a safe classroom helper to plan, build, and pitch a small business—from idea to MVP in six weeks. You’ll learn simple AI workflows that speed up writing, research, and data work, while following EU rules (GDPR, EU AI Act/AI literacy) and keeping a human-in-the-loop for every graded step. No coding needed. We use free or EDU tiers of common tools, no personal data, and we keep a short Prompt Log and AI-Use & Rules page with every project. What you’ll learn Foundational AI & Tech (plain English): What AI, LLMs, and Generative AI are—and the basic “plumbing” that many tools use (API, JSON, HTTP, webhooks). You’ll see how these show up in simple, no-code classroom projects. AI Toolkits for Classrooms (free/EDU first): Use AI to brainstorm, draft copy, summarise research, visualise data, and design slides/pages. You’ll rotate tools so quotas last and quality stays high. Business-Plan Workflows with AI: Run a quick market/pricing simulation, build a no-code MVP, collect 10 user reactions, and turn results into a KPI chart and next-step plan. Every activity plugs into a business-plan page. Responsible & EU-Ready Use: Practice AI literacy the EU expects: privacy by default (no personal data), bias checks, explainability (a simple “why this result” note), and a one-page AI-Use & Rules document. You’ll see an ISO 42001-lite checklist for evidence. Hands-On Projects & Simulations: Short, clear exercises: a pricing war mini-sim, landing-page copy drafting, feedback digest from comments, a break-even explainer/check, and a mini moot-court to set AI classroom rules. Assessment that’s fair and transparent: Build a Prompt Log, attach sources/screenshots, and use rubrics that reward reflection and evidence (not just the first result an AI gives).
